Dyfi Architecture offer highly detailed Listed Building Surveys that add considerable value to the buying negotiations. Carried out by a Building Conservation Accredited Professional, the survey is like a RICS level 3 Building Survey (the top grade) but with additional detail specific to the historic property. As an architectural practice we also offer the full range of RIBA work stages and Clients often work with us after the purchase to carry out alterations and detailed repairs.
