Grade 2 Listed Hotel, Snowdonia National Park, Wales
We were commissioned to provide services for a renovation and remodelling project for a notable Grade 2 Listed Hotel within the Snowdonia National Park.
The Hotel was built in 1873 by Sir Edmund Buckley to the design of his architect, James Stephens of Manchester. He was incredibly ambitious and pioneered the use of in-situ concrete construction, a remarkable achievement for his time.
Dyfi Architecture has considerable experience dealing with Planning and Conservation Officers in sensitive locations. We hold a 100% Planning success record to date.
