Listed farmhouse renovation and upgrade, Herefordshire

This Grade 2 Listed Farmhouse contains significant architectural features such as a stone staircase and stop chamfered ceiling beams dating from 17th century.

Over many years it had been allowed to fall into a desperate state of repair. The Clients commissioned Dyfi Architecture to completely renovate and restore the whole property and help re-create a viable farm business.

Close liaison with Cadwr and bringing in expert conservation Builders and trades using sustainable and energy efficient methods has created a superb finished project.
