Listed and Traditional Building Surveys: Dyfi Architecture work with Listed Buildings everyday and are experts in traditional construction. We provide highly detailed home buyer survey reports that highlight problems often overlooked by standard surveyors. We can also advise on architectural matters throughout. Conservation Architecture: Many of our projects involve works to Historic Buildings, other projects also benefit from our expertise in this area. Listed Buildings require specialist advice and Historic England, Cadw and other Statutory Bodies recommend that project work should be carried out by those with Building Conservation qualifications and experience.

Architectural Work Stages: We offer all of the Industry Standard RIBA work stages from inception to completion, or we can provide a bespoke partial service as required.
Building Regulations Approval: We work closely with Building Control Departments in all council areas and achieve full compliance through completion.
Sustainable Construction Technologies.: We work with highly skilled construction persons using traditional and contemporary construction methodologies. We completely understand the whole process from start to finish.
Building Survey: Dyfi Architecture offer all types of building survey including dilapidations and maintenance survey reports.
Heritage Statements: A pre-requisite for alterations and major repairs to Listed Buildings and those in Conservation Areas, we also offer Professional input to development at or near sensitive buildings and demolition of buildings in these areas
Heritage Management Plans: We can produce Heritage Management Plans to Cadw and HMRC Approved Standards for Inheritance Tax requirements and Estate Planning for now and Future Generations for Owners and Land Agents
Listed Building Applications: Dyfi Architecture hold full Building Conservation Accreditation to the highest levels and are experts in traditional and Listed Buildings. We have years of experience and a great many very satisfied Clients including the Church in Wales and other bodies and can work on projects of any size.
Historic Building Recording: Dyfi Architecture offer Historic Building and Archaeological Recording of all levels 1 to 4. This is often a requirement following Planning Consent or other works. We work with statutory authorities to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
Site and Building Survey: Accurate professional measuring and photographic site and building recording using laser and drone technologies.
Cost Advice: We work with highly experienced Quantity Surveyors to determine accurate project costings and budget control.

Periodic Inspections: We are on the Register of Approved Inspectors for Churches in Wales and have surveyed many Churches and Chapels across the Country. Many of these structures are highly significant and cherished.
Environmental and Sustainable Design: Dyfi Architecture have a proven track record of high quality environmental design working to Chartered Environmentalist Codes.
Project Management: Dyfi Architecture can manage and co-ordinate all elements of projects of any size from start to finish. We can also collaborate with other Architectural Professionals and others.
Building Condition and quadrennial Surveys: In depth visual inspection of buildings with fully detailed reports. Required for bodies such as National Trust, English Heritage, Cadw, etc. and Private Clients.
House buyers Condition Survey: Highly detailed property buying surveys that can also look at the architectural potential for adaption. Whether Listed or otherwise, we add considerable value to the negotiations during purchase. We work directly with our Clients rather than a finance company.
